Mountain biking is awesome. And Bangalore has plenty of trails just outside city limits that most folks are unaware about.
Turahalli Trails is our first project where we celebrate the trails in Turhalli.
The goal is to build a smallish community of folks (bikers, running, climbers) use the trails and the beautiful forest and join hands in maintaining it.
Starting this weekend we will be riding regularly at Turahalli and also mapping out the various trails to allow more folks to give real mountain biking a shot!
This weekend we are riding the Turahalli Peacock Run trail.
- gathering points – BumsOnTheSaddle (6:30am) and Turahalli base (7am).
- ride till about 9am and then head back. You can stick around and ride longer if you like.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT CYCLING
I love riding my bike. Whether it’s a simple commute, a high-intensity road race, a jaw-grinding brevet, fixie rides thru packed Indian city or a kick-ass technical single track – I love it all. Apart from riding bicycles, I love being all geeky and know everything there is to know about bicycles, technology, bike fit, and service.
