RACE ROUTE

BBCH Dirt 100 MTB Race - race loop

The race will end when the first rider completes the full course of 100km.
All other riders shall complete the lap they are riding when the first rider finishes.
All places will be decided based on laps completed in the fastest time.

The route will be marked with chalk and caution tape.
When marked with caution tape – we will put three pieces on the side of the track where a turn in that direction is imminent, and then several pieces of tape at and after the turn.
Riders will be advised to look ahead for the next piece of marker tape and NOT to look at their front wheel.

Marking long race routes like this is extremely hard and time consuming. Lost and grumbling riders are almost guaranteed. As usual, we will do our best to ensure this does not happen!

RACE NUTRITION / LUNCH

Although we have planned water, electrolyte and food enroute we would recommend thinking about your basic hydration and food for the race! Thats one of the exciting things about racing a 100km race – planning food and water.

AFTER RACE – IndiGEO will be sponsoring lunch at Our Native Village for everyone attempting the 100kms! Thanks IndiGeo.
