Todays the day – the awesome Cycling Party of 2013 will be on between 6pm and 8pm

We intend to run a kickass roller race today evening. That is if we manage to set it up. Dont think anyone in India has ever run a roller race! You will be creating history.

AGENDA

6pm – 6:45pm – Roller race qualification. Everyone who wants to compete will need to qualify. Basically the max distance you can pedal for 1 minute on the bike in a trainer. Simple.

6:45pm – 7:15pm – We talk about the upcoming season of racing and some behind the scenes effort in planning and executing these races.

7:15pm – 7:45pm – Roller Race! We will have 16 people in tournament mode each competing with another biker in a knockout fashion. Winners get a fantastic 1kg cake from FRIO Cafe and some unique roller race medals that we have made.

7:45pm – 8pm – Hand over the awards for BBCh12, the championship team and the roller race winners.

We have some snacks and lots of standing room

  • Location – BumsOnTheSaddle, www.bumsonthesaddle.com/contact
  • Bike Parking – you can use the basement. We have security for the building but please please please lock your bikes securely.
  • Car/Motobike/Truck Parking – lots of place around BumsOnTheSaddle to chuck your automobile.

First time we are running a party at this scale – we are pretty sure Murphy’s law is waiting to kick in. Please bear with us!
