Bangalore Bicycle Championships, Race 8 - Time Trial !

The Sept race of the Bangalore Bicycle Championships is gonna be a Time Trial


What to expect at the Time Trial. Get your team cars ready ;)


Race Details

Where: Chandapura Cross, Sarjapura road Map to location, ignore the date
When: Sunday, 26th Sept 2010
What: Time Trial
Who: Anybody and everybody (get friends and family to cheer you along)
How long: A 28km adrenaline ride
Why: For the one prize that you can never buy off-the-shelf at any store – bragging rights!!

Any self-propelled contraption can be used – Road bikes, MTBs, Single Speed, fixies, doodhwaala, paperwala, yel-neer wala.. any kinda cycle will do.

Come, ride hard and have fun!!

People are requested to be at the start point by 0645 hrs IST. The first rider starts by 0710hrs IST.
Punctuality will be greatly appreciated and expected.

Important stuff


Helmet and Gloves are mandatory. No excuses.

Vasu’s Driving Directions to start point
  • Get onto sarjapura road
  • Pass Decathlon
  • Keep going straight, you will pass Kodathi gate cross (yellow arch on the left)
  • Watch out for an orange colored shop on the left (Iyengar bakery)
  • Turn right on the road opp the shop

And hopefully you will see a bunch of bikes with their bikers too.
