Biathlon - Ride + Run on the 3rd feb

apologies for the late post on the ride. Blaming it on faulty blog software :D


the run route

This week we will be combining a run with the ride.

Ride details
Starts from: Family mart on the Intersection of Kanakpura road and outer ring road (Banashankari, South Bangalore)
Starts at: 6:30 am SHARP
Planned ride: 50Km
Route: Kanakpura road – turn left at Kagglipura – off road till you come to Bannerghatta road – ride back to the city.

Run details
A biker (Balu) has agreed to allow us to stash the bikes at his apartment complex. God bless him with some nice accessories :)
We start the run from his place and run for an hour in Lalbagh (as shown in the map)

Finish with a cold beer :)
