Saddle Bags
Saddle Bags are these really useful pouches that sit just below the saddle, used to carry paraphernalia you would need when you ride out – puncture kit, tools, money etc.
Due to the lack of nice Saddle Bags available here, BumsOnTheSaddle decided to go ahead and make our own.
My Saddle bag turned inside out (click for details)
Spare tube – A spare tube is always useful on a ride. If you do have a puncture, just swap the bad tube out and continue the ride with the new tube and the puncture can be fixed once you get back home
Tire levers - The plastic Tire leavers are useful to pry the tire off the rim. Being plastic these dont damage the rims.
Patches and Rubber glue- Used to fix the puncture.
Rough Surface - Used to roughen up the tire surface for the rubber glue to sit properly.
Allen Key - to tighten up loose ends.
apart from these there is also a separate compartment meant to carry valuables like cash, cellphones etc.

The Saddle Bag sitting on a Trek 4300
One of the best things that I like about the saddle bag is that I dont have to carry a bag any more just to carry tools on the shorter rides.
Cost
Just the Saddle bag would cost – Rs. 300
A completely loaded Saddle bag ( Spare tube, puncture kit and some tools ) would cost around Rs. 600 depending upon the quality of the Spare tube.

Good thing is you're trying to enter the bike accessory market (although you may try to give some other reason ;) ), which may be very useful in Bangalore, thanks to lack of one stop shops for these things. Here are few suggestions - I can see an branding effort also happening here, looking at the text, bumsonthesaddle.com on the saddle bag. I feel its high time you get yourself a trendy logo. Capitalize the good publicity you're getting nowadays and build a style statement around it. It should also help the business in the long run and also bring a sense of belonging to the community building around bumsonthesaddle. I like your banner on the homepage, a logo taking bits and pieces from that design should definitely look good. - If you have plans to sell more of these accessories, then have an online payment system set up on the website. It makes sense to have an appointment and test ride when buying the bike, but not really when buying the accessories. The current system followed by the BOTS to sell the bikes may not very well work with the accessories. That's my 0.0002 cents ;)

Sounds great - II have been wanting a saddlebag but the only downside is it will cover the area where your reflector and tail light sit. Any solutions?
