Lance Armstrong in Bangalore
Want to pick up spanking new Trek bikes. Look up towards the heavens and search for Lance Armstrong :)
BumsOnTheSaddle finally gets its signage up. We got a big banner with Lance Armstrong and our website printed and hung on the building where we have opened shop. Very neat
While we were putting up this signage we had 3 folks come up to us and enquire whether we were selling Trek bikes ! Wow.

Great to hear about these guys (Rohan & Nikil). They have a mission in hand "POPULARIZE CYCLING" in Bangalore. Yesterday I got the chance to meet these people, have a ride on their bikes. It was really good. They had quite a number of suggestions for the type of riding we do & type of the bicycle we need to use. Nice people to have a discussion abt the cycling. Some day or the other, I would like to get involved with them

That looks neat! Good to hear that everything is finally set up. Will try to drop in someday. I just wish you were somewhere nearer - around Indiranagar, for instance. Need you guys to ride my bike once - a small niggle needs to be sorted out. And can I officiallyannounce that I am your first customer!!! Best Regards, Amitabh

Hey Rohan, Is this a new shop you guys opened up ? where is this place ?

Hey Ananth, nope its the same place. Just that we finally got the poster up and have started using the bike space that we had built on the Third floor :) When you had picked up the bike from us we were working from Nikhils place and we need a more concrete place so that folks would not think this was a fly-by-night operation :)

wow. nice to see more professionalism in cycling. i was looking for home-office-home type of cycling (at least once a week) . Apart from this i would like to take the bike to my native village and do some cycling there. So for taking the cycle, can i remove the front wheel, put the cycle in the back on the car (honda city) and take it or do i get some cycle holder in india like they have in other western countries.
