A huge apology to everyone who tried to get in touch with us in the last one month. We have been unable to respond to your requests and still worse, on some occasions not replied to your emails.
So what’s the excuse? As many of you must have heard through our emails, one of us was out of the country for over a month and the other just got married.
We understand how much of a disappointment it can be for someone who is eager to get on a nice bike or the frustration when your bike needs to be fixed. If we have not responded to some of your emails please write us a mail again and also add how frustrated or upset you felt, vent out and speak up – like grandpa here :-) We would be more than happy to help you out.
We may be a little slow to get back as there are so many things queued up in the pipeline. We expect to be up to speed by the end of this year. Sorry again.

ha..ha..Rohan n Nikhil.... Its OK. But I was pleased to hear from Sandeep that Nikhil delivered a new Trek at the mid-night (early morning) 01:30. He is busy doing his last minute shopping before he hits the road tomorrow to KanyaKumari.

Hey, My frnd was in need of a bike by jan 1st week, he is in US and i said him tat by the time he is bck i vl get his bike........but u guys screwed up man :(. So tell me wat is in process & wat is the waiting list number!!!!!! itz good to hav a break like ths ;) looking for the bike frm ur side Rgds, -Prasad

hey guys, i thought that cos my gears weren't shifting smoothly they would need adjusting,but all it took was oiling the cables as they had dried out..but just one thing is nagging me right now. there is a creeking sound frm the shocks persisting but fades out on flat roads..i was told that water had entered the hub,so ball bearings had gone..replaced them partly(only 10nos)...will meet you on jan 8th.. Thank you , this is all about my experience to have a TREK 3700 with me now. i mailed you asking ur suggestion to buy Firefox Target, on 29th and i got your reply on jan 2nd and gave me some links about the reviews on Firefox, Trek 3700 and about one of my earlier choice Hero-Octane.again i mailed you on 3rd jan asking help by using ur time to buy a TREK 3700 on 6th or 5th if possible. and also i got ur suggestion on 4th jan that my budget will provide me TREK 3700 and saturday we can meet and discuss, so i called you on saturday morning at 10am and i got your reply that you'll call me back fixing a time to meet. as a reply i got ur call at 12.30 saying 4.00pm will be O.K. to meet. when i reached your SERVICE station its around 4.45.you told me that i may get the TREK 3700 by next week. but you made me HAPPY by giving well set TREK on spot. WHAT A FAST PROCESSING!!!!!! . its just to say that IF I WENT TO FIREFOX SHOP I COULD NOT HAVE A TREK WITH ME NOW. I MAY BE RIDING FIREFOX TARGET. AM NOW HAPPYLY ENJOYING THIS TREK BECAUSE OF BUMSONTHESADDLE TEAM. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR ADVICE, CO-OPERATION AND HATSOFF FOR YOUR DEDICATION ON PROMOTING CYCLING.regards, Prabhu.
